Finding a place that balances convenience and affordability was key. K R Ojasvi offered 1 BHK flats starting at 31.33 Lakh, which was very attractive. The carpet area of 387 sq.ft is perfectly adequate for one peon. It’s ready to move, and the developer, Krishna Renuka Realty, has provided essential amenities like 24x7 security and video door security, which makes me feel safe. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, near Ravet, has good connectivity via the Aundh-Ravet road. The only downside is the dust from ongoing construction in the wider area, which is common in developing zones. However, the project itself has good landscaping and tree plantation to counter that. The small utility shops within the complex are also a great perk for daily needs.

The flat size is good, with carpet areas for 2 BHKs ranging from 512 to 563 sq.ft. We were looking for a peaceful place to settle down, and the landscaping and tree planting appealed to us. The inclusion of a senior citizen siteout is also a thoughtful touch. The price point was within our budget after retirement. However, the PCMC Metro Station is nearby, which might be a bit of a commute for visiting relatives. The overall construction quality looks solid.

The price was around 35 Lakh, which is manageable. My only slight concern is the distance to the PCMC Metro Station, which is almost nearby. Otherwise, the location near Aundh-Ravet road is good, and Krishna Renuka Realty seems to have delivered as promised. The project has features like rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant, which are environmentally conscious.

The location in Ravet is developing, and it’s close to the Mumbai Pune Expressway at nearby, which is convenient for travel. The price was in the mid-range, around 38 Lakh. It's ready to move, which was a big plus for us. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is quite accessible, with the Aundh-Wakad road nearby. One minor thing is the traffic on the Aundh-Ravet road during peak houcan get a bit heavy.
