We were looking for a nice 2 BHK apartment in Kothrud and K J Annapurna seemed like a good option. The carpet area for the 2 BHK starts from 808 Sq.ft, which is decent for us. K J Realtois developing this project in Rambaug Colony, which is a convenient location. The hospital and school are nearby, nearby. Also, the Ideal Colony Metro Station is close to here, which will be very useful for our daily commute. Construction is currently underway and expected to finish by July 2028. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and solid waste management are standard but essential. We liked the landscaping plan as well. Hoping the construction quality is good.
