Moving to Hyderabad alone, I wanted a secure and convenient place. JVR Sunray in Gandipet seemed like a good fit. The fact that it's ready to move was a major draw. The 2 BHK flats are spacious at 1750 square feet built up. I really appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the security features implied by having a sewage treatment plant and storm water drains. Being near Pallavi International School is a landmark, even if I'm not using it. The only drawback is that the Raidurg Metro Station is quite far at nearby, which makes commuting to certain parts of the city a bit challenging. However, the overall feel of the project is peaceful.
