Its location is convenient, being close to both St Theresa's ICSE School and Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute. This makes it a practical choice for accessing essential services. I purchased a 2 BHK unit, and the layout is functional. The price was within my budget expectations. The surrounding area of Kadri is developing nicely. My only observation is that the construction dust can still be noticeable sometimes due to ongoing work in the vicinity, but it is manageable.

The location is excellent, with Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute and St Theresa's ICSE School both a short nearby walk away. Jv Buildehas delivered a quality product. We got a spacious 2 BHK apartment that has a modern feel and good ventilation. The proximity to the Bendoor Bus Stop is also a bonus for commuting. While the price was slightly higher than we initially planned, the quality and location justified it for us. We are happy with our purchase.

The connectivity to other parts of Mangalore is decent, though accessing the main highway might involve navigating through some local traffic.
