We opted for a 3 BHK, offering a carpet area between 641 Sq.ft and 687 Sq.ft, providing enough room for our growing family. The location in Jogendra Garden, Kasba is also good, with EM Bypass and Rashbehari Ave just moments away. Jupiter Construction Kolkata is developing this project. The construction is ongoing, and we are looking forward to the December 2029 completion. My only reservation is that the carpet sizes, especially for the 2 BHK units, feel a bit compact for families needing extra space. The fire fighting system is reassuring.
