    We were looking for a ready to move place in Warangal and Jubilee Landmark caught our eye. The 1415 sq.ft carpet area for the 3 BHK is quite generous for us. Being close to SHINE HIGH SCHOOL at nearby is a major plus for future planning. The developer, Jubilee Constructions, seems to have a decent track record. We liked the closed car parking facility, which is a must-have in this city. The water supply is 24X7, which is always good to have. The only thing that gave us a bit of pause was the traffic noise sometimes, as it's not too far from the main road. But overall, it feels like a good place to start our family.
