The developer, JSV Projects Hyderabad, seems to have a decent approach. Having a community hall on-site is a nice bonus for social events. The project is still under construction and expected to be ready by July 2026. The main drawback is the distance from the main city center and potential traffic issues getting to work daily. However, the planned amenities and the overall project design are appealing.
