We booked a 2 BHK with 661 sq.ft carpet area, which is comfortable for our family of four. The prices are reasonable, ranging up to 54.84 Lakhs for the larger units. The ready-to-move aspect was very convenient for us. JSK Associates has included a children's play area, which the kids love, and the 24x7 security is a great reassurance. The power backup is also a plus. The only downside we've encountered is the overall development in the immediate vicinity; it's still a bit spae, and we hope more conveniences come up nearby soon.
