  I purchased a 3 BHK villa in JRD Hill County for my parents who live in Coimbatore. They wanted something comfortable and easy to manage, and this seemed perfect. The built-up area ranges from 1630 to 1770 square feet, so there's plenty of space for them. I was particularly impressed by the medical facilities mentioned and the water softener plant, which is important for water quality. The internet and Wi-Fi availability also ensures they can stay connected with me easily. Being ready to move was a huge plus as I couldn't be there for a long construction period. The proximity to Madukkarai Police Station Bus Stop, a short distance, is also very convenient for them.

  I recently bought a 2 BHK villa at JRD Hill County. The 1100 square feet size is manageable for me, and I love the idea of having my own independent space. The inclusion of an ATM and a grocery shop within the community is incredibly useful for someone like me who often works late. I also appreciate the internet/Wi-Fi facility already being available. It’s ready to move, which meant I could settle in quickly. My only slight concern is the traffic noise from NH 47, which can be noticeable during peak hou, but it's something I'm getting used to. The terrace garden sounds like a nice place to relax in the evenings.

  This is my fit property purchase, and I bought a 2 BHK villa in JRD Hill County. The 1050 square feet size felt like a good starting point for me. I liked that it’s ready to move, so I didn't have to wait. The solar water heating system is a feature I was keen on, hoping it will help with utility costs. Having the Madukkarai Police Station Bus Stop a short distance is convenient for getting around Coimbatore. The develope, JRD Realtos, seem to have included a good range of basic amenities like a grocery shop. I did notice the parking area seems a bit tight, especially if more than one car is parked per villa.

I purchased a 3 BHK villa, approximately 1650 square feet, offering ample space. The availability of medical facilities nearby and the presence of a water softener plant are crucial for my health and comfort. The community includes essential amenities like a grocery shop and ATM, reducing the need for frequent trips outside. Solar water heating is a welcome addition. While Madukkarai is quieter, it is well-connected via NH 47. The 9-minute distance to Peepal Prodigy Senior Secondary School isn't relevant for me now, but shows the area is developing. The upkeep of the terrace garden is something I look forward to enjoying.

  After renting for yea, we finally bought our fit villa in JRD Hill County. We chose a 2 BHK, around 1200 square feet, which is a significant upgrade. The ready-to-move status was essential for us as we needed to move out of our rental quickly. The availability of internet/Wi-Fi and a water softener plant were key features we looked for. It’s nice that there are medical facilities nearby, and the Madukkarai Police Station Bus Stop is just a 3-minute walk, which is convenient for commuting. The construction quality seems robust. We are hoping the solar water heating will help reduce our electricity bills.

The fact that Peepal Prodigy Senior Secondary School is only a 9-minute drive away was a major deciding factor for us. Having amenities like a grocery shop and ATM within the project complex saves us a lot of time on daily errands. The water softener plant is a definite plus for the whole family’s comfort. We are also looking forward to using the terrace garden space. The location in Madukkarai is peaceful, which is great for raising kids.

  We were looking for a ready to move villa near Coimbatore and JRD Hill County caught our eye. The 880 square feet 2 BHK villa size felt just right for us to start with. Having a grocery shop and ATM right within the complex is super convenient for our busy schedules. My partner liked the idea of solar water heating too, thinking it might save on bills. The location in Madukkarai is developing, and it's reasonably close to NH 47 for commutes. We did notice a bit of dust on the internal roads, but that's expected in developing areas. Overall, it seems like a good starting point for us.
