I was looking for a plot in a developing area and JP Panchavati in Rajendra Nagar caught my eye. The plot size of 1764 Sq.ft is quite good for building a comfortable home. It is ready to move, which was a big plus for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. The developer, JP Develope, seems to have a decent track record. What I liked most is its proximity to Duaa The Global Schools, which is literally nearby. That's incredibly convenient. However, the access road to the project isn't the best; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. For someone who travels frequently, the distance to Budvel Railway Station Bus Stop, nearby, is manageable but not ideal.

The project is ready to move, which simplified my relocation process considerably. JP Developehave included storm water drains, which is a thoughtful inclusion. While the hospital proximity is fantastic, the commute to the railway station bus stop at nearby is a bit of a drawback. Also, the surrounding area can get quite busy with traffic, especially during certain times of the day. But for the convenience of being next to my workplace, it's a compromise I'm willing to make.
