I chose a 4 BHK apartment, which is quite large at 1398 square feet carpet area, offering plenty of room. The proximity to Manipal Hospital Jaipur is a significant advantage for healthcare needs. The 24X7 water supply and power backup are essential services that are working well. My only reservation is the slightly narrow approach road to the main Bani Park area, which can be a bit challenging during busy times. JKD Pearl Group has built a decent community here.
