We chose Jini Lavish Homes because of its proximity to good schools and hospitals in Dwarka. Having Venkateshwar Hospital nearby provides peace of mind. The 3 BHK flat we purchased is 1900 square feet and offeenough space for our two children. It's a ready to move project, so we could settle in quickly after booking. The 24x7 security and gated community aspects were important for us. The only minor issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads around Sector 17. It's a decent place to raise a family.
