We got a 2 BHK, 639 sq.ft, for 71 Lakhs. The apartment is ready to move in, so we could settle in quickly. The sheer number of amenities is incredible – we're talking about a swimming pool, gymnasium, club house, indoor games, and even a spa and sauna. It feels like a resort. The design of the buildings and the landscaped gardens are also very appealing. My only minor issue is that the parking space seems a bit compact, especially with multiple cain the building. But overall, we are happy with the purchase.
