The price of 31.82 Lakh onwards was what I expected for this area in South Bangalore. It is a ready to move property, which made my transition smoother. Banashankari Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable for weekend travel. The construction seems solid. I am looking forward to settling in.

I liked the proximity to Manipal Hospitals Jayanagar, which is nearby. The 2 BHK configuration is comfortable for me and my wife. The price was reasonable for the area. The only slight inconvenience is that the Banashankari Metro Station is nearby, requiring a short auto ride. Overall, it's a peaceful locality.
