    We finally decided to upgrade from our rental flat. JD Kothrud Vishwa felt like the right choice. The location in Mahaganesh Colony, Kothrud, is convenient, and being a short distance the Ideal Colony Metro Station is a huge plus for our daily commute to work. We are looking at a 2 BHK with a carpet area around 700 Sq.ft. The price of 70 Lakhs is manageable with our combined savings. We liked the landscaping and tree planting plans. The school, Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School, is also very close, which is important for us. Construction quality seems solid from the site visit. We are hoping the December 2026 completion date is met. It feels like a good step up.
