The carpet area of 1759 square feet is generous. It is ready to move in, so I could settle in quickly. The location in Nikol is quite accessible, being near the Narol-Naroda Road. My only minor issue is the parking. While they have parking, it can feel a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle, which is something to consider. Other than that, the connectivity is good, and the price of 48.85 Lakh onwards was within my budget. It is a comfortable place to call home.
