I looked at Jayam Homes for its proximity to the railway station and metro, both are just about 550 meteaway. That really helps with my daily commute. The 2 BHK flat I saw was around 800 square feet built up, which felt adequate. The pricing in the 46 Lakh to 57 Lakh range seemed competitive for this area in Chennai East. Jayam Constructions has delivered on time before, so that was a plus. One thing I did notice was that the construction dust was quite noticeable when I visited. Also, they didn't have the OC received document available, which is something I'd want to clarify before finalizing.

I bought a 2 BHK flat which has a built-up area of 759 square feet, it's a good size for me. The price was around 47 Lakh, which fit my budget. I like that it is Vastu compliant and the building has lifts. A minor concern is the water pressure on higher floo, it sometimes feels a bit low, especially during peak usage times. However, the overall structure looks solid and Jayam Constructions delivered the property on schedule. The nearby hospitals are also a plus for peace of mind.

We purchased a flat at Jayam Homes primarily for its location and the builder's reputation. Being close to the Thiruvotriyur railway station and metro makes travelling easy. The Vastu compliant design was also important for us. We got a 2 BHK which is about 850 square feet built up. The price was around 52 Lakh. We like that there is 24/7 water supply guaranteed. The main issue we have is the parking. While it's closed car parking, the available space feels a bit tight, especially for larger vehicles. Apart from that, the construction quality seems good and the flat is ready to move in.
