Finding a home that suits the whole family is always a challenge. We chose Jayam Crest mainly because of its proximity to Vellayan Chettiyar School, which is right next door – a huge relief for our daily school runs. The 2 BHK apartments are a decent size, around 950 to 1050 square feet, giving our children enough space to play indooThe Vaastu-compliant design was a priority for us. Jayam Constructions have used good materials, like the high-quality imported UPVC windows, which feel very secure. We paid close to 98 Lakhs for our flat, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the convenience factor is undeniable. The only slight drawback is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but we expect that to settle down eventually.
