Having landscaped gardens and a children's play area nearby is fantastic for our family. The proximity to Health1 Super Speciality Hospital and Vastral Gam Metro Station, all within nearby, is very convenient for emergencies and daily commutes. Jay Buildcon has included essential civic amenities. The initial price was around 39.4 Lakhs, which we felt was a fair investment for a home in this area.
