We finally bought our own place at Jay Aangan Heights after renting for so long. It's a ready to move property, which was important for us. The location in Kotharia, Village Vavdi is quite convenient. Tapovan School is literally nearby, which is perfect for our kids. Olympus Hospital is also at nearby, so that's a huge relief knowing medical help is so close. We are upgrading from a small 1 BHK rental to a much larger space here. The living room feels very spacious. The only thing we are a bit worried about is the traffic on the main road during peak houIt can get quite congested. Jay Yogeshwar Enterprise seems to be a reliable builder. We are hoping this purchase proves to be a good decision for our family's future.
