The location in Guduvancheri is quieter than the main city, which is what I wanted after retiring. It's still reasonably connected; the Thousand Light Metro Station is nearby, making it easy enough to visit family. The apartment itself is comfortable, and the overall construction feels solid. I haven't faced any major issues so far. The common areas are well-maintained. I’m happy with the decision to buy here; it offea peaceful living environment.

We’ve been renting in Guduvancheri for yeaand decided it was time to buy. Jane Elite caught our eye because it’s ready to move. We like that it’s close to DAV Girls Senior Secondary School, as it’s a good area for families. The apartment size feels right for us, a definite upgrade from our rental. The power backup is also a huge relief; we often had issues with that before. The only thing that botheme is the parking situation. It feels a bit tight, and with two ca, it can be a squeeze. However, Jane Homes seems to have built a solid structure, and we received the Occupancy Certificate, which provides assurance. We are looking forward to settling in.
