I chose a 3 BHK apartment at Bhoomi One Rutland Gate, the built-up area is 3047 square feet. The price was 5.75 crore. Having a swimming pool and gymnasium here is great for unwinding after long shifts. It's ready to move in, so I can settle in quickly. The only downside is that Rutland Gate can get quite congested during peak hou, but the proximity to work makes it worth it for me.
