I looked at a 3 BHK which had a built-up area of around 1783 Sq.ft. It felt spacious enough for one peon with a home office setup. The price was around 1.3 Cr, which was manageable. I liked that it is ready to move, so I didn't have to wait. The security is 24x7 which is important for me living alone. The gym is also a good facility to have within the complex. Overall, it met my basic requirements for a new home in a good area.
