I have been looking at Jain Aadhya for a while now. The pricing seems quite competitive for the area, with 1 BHKs starting around 42 Lakhs. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd is known for their quality, and the MIVAN Technology mentioned for superior durability is a good sign. I'm particularly interested in the 2 BHK units, which range from 850 to 937 square feet built-up. The completion date is December 2027, which gives them ample time. My only slight concern is the exact proximity to major arterial roads; Sholinganallur is developing fast, but traffic can be an issue. The amount of open space, 70%, is impressive though.

Having retired, I was looking for a peaceful place with good amenities. Jain Aadhya offea lot, like the swimming pool, gazebo, and even a mini theatre. The 24x7 security and water supply are essential for peace of mind. I opted for a 1 BHK, 680 square feet, which is a comfortable size for me. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd is the developer, and their commitment to quality is evident. The price point, around 50 Lakhs, was within my budget. However, I have noticed quite a bit of dust from the construction activities on Nookampalayam Link Road, which is a bit botheome. The completion date is December 2027, so there is still a long way to go.

The price point starting at 42 Lakhs is attractive, and Sholinganallur is a rapidly growing corridor in Chennai. The developer, Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd, has a track record of timely deliveries, which gives me confidence. The project offea good mix of amenities, including a gymnasium and swimming pool, which adds to its rental appeal. The 70% open space is a definite plus. My main concern is the distance to the St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, which is over 10 kilometeaway. However, the proximity to OMR is a significant advantage for connectivity.

We chose Jain Aadhya mainly because of its location near Narayana E-Techno School. It's nearby, which is very convenient for us. We booked a 2 BHK, 850 square feet, and the layout seems practical. The kids will definitely enjoy the kid's pool and the open spaces. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd has included several sports facilities like a volleyball court and cricket pitch, which is great. The price range is manageable, with our unit falling around 55 Lakhs. The only issue is the Nookampalayam Link Road itself might get congested during peak hou, especially with the ongoing construction. We are hoping the development around the area balances out.

We decided on Jain Aadhya for my parents who are settling in Chennai. The location in Sholinganallur is quite convenient, being close to Narayana E-Techno School and Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital. We picked a 2 BHK, around 900 square feet, which offeenough space for them. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and security were important factofor us. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd has a good reputation. The overall budget fits within what we allocated. The only drawback is that I won't be able to visit frequently to check on the construction progress, but they promised regular updates. The completion is set for late 2027.
