The 3 BHK flats have carpet areas between 653 and 666 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our family. It's a ready-to-move project completed in March 2019. We liked the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the complex feel a bit greener. However, the Mhasrul – Adgaon Road can get quite busy, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times, so traffic is a bit of a headache. Also, the closed car parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, the proximity to the school is great, but we need to manage the commute.
