We chose Jadhav Park because of its proximity to Fravashi Academy, which is nearby, and Six Sigma Medicare & Research Ltd is also very close. This makes it super convenient for us. We got a 2 BHK apartment, and the carpet area is a good size, between 304 Sq.ft to 855 Sq.ft. The children's play area is a nice touch. Nilesh Madhukar Jadhav has provided 24x7 water supply and closed car parking, which are essential. The project is ready to move in. My only concern is that the road access to the main Pathardi to Ambad Road might get a bit busy during peak school hou, but overall it’s a good deal for family living.

The 24x7 water supply and the gated community aspect provide a sense of security. Nilesh Madhukar Jadhav has included landscaping and tree planting, making the environment pleasant. The view of the national park is quite lovely. My only slight worry is the internal roads and footpaths could be a bit wider, but it's not a major issue for me. It feels quite serene here.
