The County Group has included several impressive amenities like a yoga and meditation area, a swimming pool, and pet grooming facilities, which is quite unique. The 55,000 square feet clubhouse is also a major attraction. The apartments come with VRV ACs, which is a nice touch for comfort. The price for my unit was around 2.75 crore. The only slight drawback I've noticed is that the actual area near the construction site can be a bit dusty. However, the IGBC Gold Pre-certification for sustainability is a good sign for the future.
