The 3 BHK villas have good square footage, between 1750 and 2500 sq.ft. It's really convenient having Silverline Prestige School right at nearby distance, as we plan to start a family soon. Manipal Hospital is also just a short nearby drive away, which is reassuring. The price point felt a little high for us initially, hovering around 70 Lakhs, but the quick possession made up for it. The connectivity to major expressways is a huge plus for our daily commutes.
