The landscaping and tree planting by J Group have already made the area look very pleasant. It's a ready-to-move project, so there's no waiting. The location in Sangareddy, though a bit far from the city center, is quiet, which is what I prefer. The price of 1.04 Crore for the larger plots is substantial, but the quality of the gated community and the space are worth it for retirement. The only minor issue is the water pressure can sometimes be low on certain days.
