The price was around 1.42 Crore, which is a significant investment for us, but we felt the location and size justified it. Being ready to move was a huge advantage as we didn't want to wait. The children's play area is perfect for when our niece visits. The overall built-up area is quite large. Ittina Properties has included essential amenities like power backup and a swimming pool. The only downside we've noticed is that the roads in Koramangala can get quite congested, making travel during peak houa bit slow.
