As a retired professional, I was looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to settle down. ISTA Senor in Kakateeya Hills offered a 3 BHK flat of 2490 sq.ft for approximately 1.12 Crore. The project is ready to move, built by Ista Homes. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the presence of a gymnasium for staying active. The landscaping and tree planting give it a pleasant environment. It’s also good that they have rain water harvesting. The proximity to Madhapur Metro Station, nearby, is useful for occasional travel. The maintenance staff is available, which is a big help. The only slight drawback is that the lift can sometimes be slow during peak times.

The price was about 1.12 Crore. The children's play area is a good addition for our kids. Having a swimming pool is also a bonus for weekends. It's a ready to move property, which meant we didn't have to wait. The location near Madhapur is quite central for us. The only thing is that the surrounding area can be a bit dusty due to ongoing development nearby. But overall, the convenience for school and daily life is great.
