We were looking to upgrade from our rented place and found Iscon Flower. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, particularly the 1854 square feet one which has plenty of room for our family. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus since we didn't want to wait long. The location in Ghuma, Ahmedabad is developing nicely, and it’s good that it’s Vastu compliant. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions for fitness. Power backup is also essential here. The only issue is the traffic on Bopal Ghuma Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable. Overall, a good move for us.
