    My wife and I visited IRA The Square Villas in Adibatla. We appreciated that the villas are 100% Vaastu compliant, which is important to us. The 3705 Sq.ft. Built-up area for the 4 BHK is generous. Being a gated community, it offegood security. The price of 3.33 Crore is a significant investment, but we are looking for stability. The developer, IRA Realty, has promised completion by December 2027. We liked the landscaping and the availability of 24X7 water supply. One thing that concerned me was the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down once the project is complete and the landscaping is mature. The clubhouse is also a nice feature.
