It's a significant upgrade from our rental apartment. The location near the DND flyover is convenient for our jobs. Investwell Homes is the developer. We are looking forward to moving in by the end of the year. The construction quality appeasolid. The only thing that could be improved is the parking space, it feels a bit tight for two ca, but we can manage. Overall, it's a good step up for us.
