The developer, InvestoInn Infrastructure, has included many amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, which is great for a new resident like me. The location in Sector 70, Noida is decent, though getting onto the main road can be a bit slow during busy times. I am still exploring the area, but the proximity to Shri Ram Singh Multi Specialty Hospital (0.5 KM) is reassuring. The intercom system is also helpful.

However, the lack of readily available OC (Occupancy Certificate) information is a point of concern for a buyer like myself who prefeall documentation to be transparent and in order. The metro connectivity is also not as close as I would prefer.

The nearest metro station, Sector 61 Noida, is about 2.6 kilometeaway, which is a slight inconvenience but manageable with auto-rickshaws. Overall, it feels like a good step up for our family.
