Being in the IT sector, proximity to the metro is important, and the Sector 61 Noida Metro Station is just a 4-minute drive away, which is great for commuting. The apartment itself is ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. We liked the overall design and the fact that it has rain water harvesting. The developer, 121 Home Builder & Develope, has provided basic amenities. One small issue we noticed is that the traffic on the Link Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, making it a bit noisy sometimes.
