The location in Jayanagar is fantastic, literally one minute walk to St. Joseph's Boys' High School, which is perfect for our nephew. We also liked that Cloudnine Hospital is just as close. The 2 BHK flat we got has a built-up area of 1220 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. It's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait long after booking. Integral Constructions seems to have delivered a solid product. The power backup is a lifesaver during Bengaluru's occasional outages. The only small issue is that Jayanagar traffic can get pretty heavy during peak hou, especially near the school.
