I bought a 2 BHK which is about 900 square feet, a good size for them. The price was around 28 Lakhs, which is reasonable for the features. My parents will appreciate the 24x7 security and the gymnasium. The location near Peringavu is close to the Daya General Hospital, which is important for their health needs. I looked at the 2 BHK flats, which are between 830 and 960 square feet. The price point is quite attractive, ranging from 23.24 Lakh to 36.04 Lakh. The amenities like the yoga/meditation area and 24x7 security are good additions. However, I did notice some dust and construction debris from ongoing work nearby, which is a bit of a nuisance. The location near Cocoon in Peringavu is decent, but road access could be better.

Moving out of our rental flat was a priority, and Inland Mist offered a ready to move solution. We checked out the 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 1287 square feet. It’s spacious enough for our growing family. The price was a little higher than we initially planned, but the quality of construction seemed decent. We were impressed with the club house and the yoga/meditation area, which will be nice for unwinding. It's good that it’s completed in 2012, so the initial rush is over. The only thing is we wish the OC was available, makes things smoother. Still, it’s a big step up for us from renting.
