    Finding a family-friendly home was our priority, and Skyline BuildeGarland seemed to fit the bill. The proximity to Nirmalamatha Central School, literally a 1-minute walk, is fantastic for our children. We opted for a 3 BHK, around 1685 square feet, which gives everyone enough space. The children's play area is a definite plus, and knowing there's 24x7 security provides peace of mind. The location in Peringavu is accessible. However, the traffic during peak houon the main road can be a bit much, and sometimes there’s dust from nearby construction, which is a common issue in developing areas. Still, the convenience for school makes it worthwhile. The fire fighting system is also good to have.

Our only slight concern is the parking availability; it seems a bit tight if you have guests with caover. But for our one car, it's manageable.
