The location is really convenient, close to the metro station and very close to Maharishi Vidya Mandir school, which is perfect for us. We got a 3 BHK apartment with around 1087 Sq.ft carpet area. The price was about 2.18 Crore, which felt a bit high but the ready-to-move aspect was a big plus. The construction was completed in September 2019. My only small concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's quite close to the main road. Otherwise, the flat layout is quite modern and spacious enough for us.
