The project was completed a while back, in December 2011, and it’s ready to move in. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment, which is about 1600 square feet, offering ample space. The price was around 55 Lakh. While the developer, Indis, has provided good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, I did notice some dust during my visits, likely due to ongoing construction in the wider area. However, the overall community feel and the cricket pitch are appealing.
