    I am buying this property for my parents who live in Chennai. India BuildeSrivatsam in T. Nagar seemed like the perfect choice due to its proximity to essential services. The 3 BHK flats are around 1562 square feet, which is a comfortable size for them. The price range of 2.47 Crore to 3.25 Crore is quite high, but the location is unbeatable. It's ready to move in, so they don't have to wait. The fact that MGM Healthcare is nearby provides great peace of mind. The nearby metro station at nearby is also convenient for them to travel around the city. My main concern is the lack of clarity on the completion and OC received status; this needs to be more transparent from India BuildeLtd. The children's play area is a bonus.

This was a huge deciding factor for us with two young children. We bought a 4 BHK flat that is 2054 square feet. The unit feels very large and airy. It's ready to move, which made the transition smooth for the kids. The price was on the higher side, 3.25 Crore for our unit, but the convenience of having the school and MGM Healthcare so close outweighed that. The children's play area is a nice space for them to have fun. The only drawback is the heavy traffic in T. Nagar, making commutes longer than expected sometimes. Also, finding parking for guests can be difficult. India BuildeLtd seems reliable, though.
