The price was around 6.44 Crore which was manageable for me. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus. Getting OC details was a bit difficult, but the builder Gatala DevelopeAnd Properties Pvt Ltd assured it's in process. Overall, the neighbourhood has good connectivity.
