The plot sizes range from 1200 sq.ft to 4200 sq.ft, offering flexibility. I invested in a larger plot, around 4200 sq.ft, which cost me about 71.4 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which is excellent for rental purposes or future development. Amenities like electrification with solar energy and a paved compound are good additions. However, the lack of readily available bank financing information for this project was a slight deterrent initially. Also, the completion date was back in 2014, and OC is not available, which is a concern for a smooth resale or loan process later. I am hoping the area development picks up pace.
