    I purchased a 1 BHK here in Indentity Sidhhivinayak Residency as an investment. The area of Pimpri Chinchwad is developing well and I expect good rental returns. The carpet area for the 1 BHK is around 399 sq.ft, which is a decent size for a single peon or a small family. It's ready to move in, which was a plus for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. Indentity Landmark seems to have completed this project on time, back in December 2019. The nearby proposed metro station Hinjewadi is nearby, which should improve connectivity in the future. My main concern is that the nearby distance to Jupiter Hospital might be a bit far in an emergency, but overall I think it's a sound investment.
