    We were looking for a new place in Gurgaon and found ILD Arete. The 2.5 BHK apartment is 1460 sq.ft which felt quite spacious for us. We loved the mini theatre and the party lawn, it’s great for entertaining friends. The location in Sector 33 Sohna is developing nicely, though getting to the main city can take some time. The price point was within our budget, around 1.7 Cr. Construction seems solid, and it was ready to move in June 2022. Water supply is 24/7 which is a big relief. Overall, a good buy for us.
