We are looking at a 2 BHK in Ikon Queens Tower. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 716 and 917 square feet, which seems decent for us. We liked the idea of the rooftop with panoramic views and the gym. It is under construction and expected to be completed by June 2027. The location on NIBM Road, Mohammed Wadi is convenient for my husband's office. The price range for our preferred configuration is around 68.48 Lakh. One thing we are a bit worried about is the traffic on NIBM Road during peak hou, but hopefully, it won't be too bad once we move in. The developer, Ikon Buildcorp India Pvt Ltd, seems to have some good amenities planned.
