We bought a 717 sq.ft 2 BHK flat for around 97.13 Lakh. The project is ready to move, and the carpet area is spacious enough for our family. The developer, Vishwakarma Real Estates & Constructions, has provided necessary amenities like a multipurpose room and ample water storage. The gated community offesecurity. However, the traffic on NIBM Road during peak houcan be quite heavy, which is something we are still adjusting to.
