The price range of 62.4 Lakhs to 79.66 Lakhs seemed competitive for West Hyderabad, especially considering the proximity to Gachibowli and Raidurg Metro Station which is nearby. Ideal Buildehas a decent track record, which gave me confidence. The property is ready to move, which is a plus for immediate rental income potential. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 1532 Sq.ft. My only minor concern is the lack of readily available OC information, but that's something I'm following up on. The earthquake-resistant structure is a nice safety feature.
