As a retired professional, I sought a peaceful environment with good connectivity, and Ideal Gokulam in Naingi fits the bill. The 1600 square feet 3 BHK configuration offeample space. Its location near the Nehru Outer Ring Road and National Highway 4 is excellent for easy access. The price, touching 1.04 Crore for larger units, is on the higher side but acceptable for the amenities like landscaping and closed car parking. My primary concern is the 'under construction' status and the July 2027 completion date; I prefer properties with OC. Still, the provision for 24x7 water supply and street lighting are essential features.

Being close to Continental Hospitals is a big relief for us. The price is a bit high, going up to 1.04 Crore, but the built-up area justifies it. What concerns me a little is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is expected. We looked at the amenities like community buildings and landscaping.
